I've signed in but can't see my licence or modules

Signed in but your licensed modules are missing? Steps to refresh your licence.

If you can sign in to Totum but your licensed modules or activities don't appear, it's usually because your account hasn't been added to the right licence group.

Try these steps first

  1. Sign out of Totum.

  2. Close Totum completely.

  3. Open Totum and sign in again.

  4. You can also confirm you are using the latest version of Totum by restarting the application and seeing if an update starts. Ensure you are on the latest version, and then sign in again.

If the issue still persists, this is most likely caused by the account not being in the correct license group or having the correct role.

Ask your administrator to check

Your organisation's administrator can confirm that:

  • Your account has been added to the correct licence group.

  • Your account has the correct role.

  • Your organisation's licence is still active.

For Admins: See Licence group admin guide and Adding users to licence groups.

To confirm that your account is in the correct license group, Admins can:

  1. Open the Totum Dashboard.

  2. Select Groups.

  3. Click to enter your root group.

  4. Click on the License section on the right-hand options tab.

  5. Open the Audiences dropdown to see the activities in the license group.

  6. Then, click into the License Group.

  7. Check the users are inside of the group to allow them access.

Still stuck?
