I didn't receive my Totum invite email
What to check if your Totum invite email hasn't arrived.
When your administrator adds you to Totum, you are sent an invite email with a link to complete your registration. If it hasn't arrived, try the steps below.
Steps
Wait a few minutes - Then refresh your inbox.
Check your junk, spam, quarantine or "Other" folders - Many hospital and university email systems filter automated emails.
Search your inbox - Look for key words and phrases like "Totum", "Your new Totum Account", and the sender: "donotreply@inovus.org".
Check the email address is exactly right - Ask your administrator to confirm the address they used – a small difference such as ".com" instead of ".co.uk" means the invite goes elsewhere.
Ask your IT department - They may need to allow emails from Totum if your organisation blocks external senders.
Good to know
Password reset won't work until you've registered. If you haven't completed registration from the invite link, the "Forgotten password" option can't be used. Ask for the invite to be resent instead.
If you've changed email address (for example, new job that also has access to Totum), contact support rather than creating a new account so your history can be kept.
Still stuck?
Contact support with the email address you expect the invite on and your organisation name. We can look into your issues and help you onto the platform.
