HystAR reboots mid-update

Firmware install got to 60% then the unit rebooted. It now boots normally but is on the old version.

Use a FAT32-formatted USB drive (32KB allocation size) until firmware 3.9 lands with an in-installer check.

Try a different USB stick — mine was formatted exFAT even though it looked FAT32.

Confirmed — reformatting to FAT32 (32KB allocation) fixed it for us too.

Official confirmation: exFAT drives are silently rejected by the bootloader. We are adding a warning in the 3.9 release.
